User Agreement

Effective date: April 15, 2026

This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs the procedure for using the website https://geobarrier.ru/ and the terms of interaction between the User and the Website Administration.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Website means the online resource located at https://geobarrier.ru/, including all its pages, sections, subdomains, services, and functionality.

1.2. Website Administration means Geobarrier LLC (LLC "Geobarrier"), which administers the Website and/or persons authorized by it.

1.3. User means any individual or legal entity that has accessed the Website and uses its functionality.

1.4. Content means any materials posted on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, design elements, logos, databases, software, and other intellectual property objects.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration provides the User with access to information and services of the Website under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. Use of the Website is generally free of charge, unless otherwise expressly stated on relevant pages.

2.3. This Agreement is a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Beginning to use the Website, submitting forms, requests, or other data is considered acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

2.4. The User confirms that they have read the terms of this Agreement and undertake to comply with them.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Website Administration has the right to:

3.1.1. Change the Website content, its functionality, and the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.
3.1.2. Restrict access to the Website if the User violates applicable laws or the terms of this Agreement.
3.1.3. Send informational messages to the User within the limits permitted by law and the User's consents.
3.1.4. Protect its rights to the Content and other intellectual property objects.

3.2. The User has the right to:

3.2.1. Access information posted on the Website and use services for their intended purpose.
3.2.2. Send inquiries and requests using the contact details provided on the Website.
3.2.3. Request clarification, updating, or deletion of their personal data in cases and in the manner provided by law.

3.3. The User undertakes to:

3.3.1. Provide accurate information when filling out forms on the Website.
3.3.2. Refrain from actions that disrupt the operation or security of the Website or violate third-party rights.
3.3.3. Not post or transmit through the Website unlawful, harmful, offensive, or misleading information.
3.3.4. Not use the Website for unauthorized advertising, spam, phishing, or distribution of malicious software.
3.3.5. Comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, including in matters of intellectual property, personal data, and information.

3.4. The User is prohibited from:

3.4.1. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using Content without the written permission of the Administration, except where expressly permitted by law.
3.4.2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to administrative or technical sections of the Website.
3.4.3. Using automated scripts or other tools to collect data or interfere with the Website without the Administration's consent.
3.4.4. Using the Website for purposes contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

4.1. All rights to the Website and the Content posted on it belong to LLC "Geobarrier" and/or lawful right holders.

4.2. Any use of the Content (copying, processing, publication, distribution, etc.) without the permission of the right holder is prohibited, except where expressly provided by law.

4.3. Posting links to the Website is allowed provided that this does not mislead users and does not harm the business reputation of the Administration.

5. Personal Data and Cookies

5.1. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with current laws of the Russian Federation and the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Website.

5.2. The Website may use cookies and other technical analytics tools for proper functioning, improved user experience, and statistics.

5.3. By continuing to use the Website, the User confirms consent to the use of cookies within the limits provided by law and the User's browser settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Website and its services are provided "as is." The Administration does not guarantee absolute uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• temporary failures and interruptions in the Website operation;
• damage caused by the User's actions/inaction;
• operation of communication networks, providers, software, and User equipment;
• losses caused by force majeure circumstances.

6.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content and availability of external resources to which links may be posted on the Website.

7. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

7.1. The Administration has the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice to the User.

7.2. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website unless otherwise specified in that version.

7.3. The User must independently monitor the current version of the Agreement.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Disputes shall be settled through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.3. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
