Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure personal data security undertaken by Geobarrier LLC (the Operator).

1.1. The Operator's most important objective and condition for carrying out its activities is compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of privacy, personal, and family confidentiality.

1.2. This Operator's policy regarding personal data processing (the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website: https://geobarrier.ru.

2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy

2.1. Automated personal data processing means personal data processing using computer technology.

2.2. Blocking of personal data means temporary cessation of personal data processing (except where processing is required to clarify personal data).

2.3. Website means a set of graphical and informational materials, as well as software and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at https://geobarrier.ru.

2.4. Personal data information system means a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.

2.5. Depersonalization of personal data means actions as a result of which it is impossible, without additional information, to determine whether personal data belongs to a specific User or another personal data subject.

2.6. Personal data processing means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.7. Operator means a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out personal data processing, and determines the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.

2.8. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://geobarrier.ru.

2.9. User means any visitor to the website https://geobarrier.ru.

2.10. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

2.11. Destruction of personal data means any actions resulting in irreversible destruction of personal data with impossibility of further restoration of the personal data content in a personal data information system and/or destruction of material media containing personal data.

3. The Operator May Process the Following User Personal Data

3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic.
3.2. Email address.
3.3. Phone numbers.
3.4. Job title.
3.5. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using internet analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.6. The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law contracts; and providing the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending a letter to info@geobarrier.ru marked "Opt-out of notifications about new products, services, and special offers".

4.3. Anonymized User data collected through internet analytics services is used to collect information about Users' actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is completed and/or submitted by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://geobarrier.ru. By filling in relevant forms and/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User data if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookie storage and JavaScript technology enabled).

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with current personal data protection laws.

6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current law or where the personal data subject has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party for performance of obligations under a civil law contract.

6.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update such data independently by sending a notice to the Operator at info@geobarrier.ru marked "Personal data update".

6.4. The period of personal data processing is determined by achievement of the purposes for which personal data was collected, unless another period is provided by a contract or current law. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notice to the Operator via email at info@geobarrier.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

6.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers, is stored and processed by such persons (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The personal data subject and/or User shall independently and timely review these documents. The Operator is not liable for actions of third parties, including service providers specified in this clause.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Before starting cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory transfer is intended provides reliable protection of personal data subjects' rights.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only with written consent of the personal data subject for such transfer and/or for performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The User may obtain any clarifications on issues related to processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at info@geobarrier.ru.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy remains effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
